This information has been prepared in technical support of the Iowa proposal to locate the National Aeronautics Space Administration Electronics Center in Iowa. Because an installation such as the Electronics Research Center needs to be located near a strong scientifically oriented university, we feel that Iowa State University of Science and Technology should be considered a very valuable asset to this area

Semiconductor technology program: Progress briefs

Measurement technology for semiconductor materials, process control, and devices, is discussed. Silicon and silicon based devices are emphasized.
